He also advises the Utah Office of AI Policy and leads workforce strategy at the Responsible AI Initiative. At AscendLabs, Kevin keeps our work grounded, focused, and a step ahead.

Robyn LaMont

Robyn brings deep Go-to-Market expertise shaped by years in VC-backed digital health and SaaS. She’s built and scaled B2B strategies that drive real growth—using AI where it makes a difference. With experience in 50+ countries and over a decade in Mexico City, she brings a global lens to sales, ops, and cross-border execution. Robyn helps us move fast, stay focused, and build for scale.

Craig Heile

Craig is a seasoned partner strategy leader with 15+ years of experience driving revenue through global partner ecosystems. He’s led billion-dollar programs, built scalable GTM models for SaaS ISVs, and worked closely with giants like AWS, Google, Microsoft, and Intel. Edward Robertshaw

Edward is a product and engineering leader with 15+ years in web apps, software, and data science. As co-founder and CPO at Weaver, he built the platform from the ground up—connecting builders, architects, and homeowners through streamlined systems. He’s also launched startups in biotech and telecom, bringing a wide range of product thinking to the table.
