AI Champions · Four-week applied program

Give your team the skills to make AI useful at work.

Develop a small group of capable AI practitioners. Your team sharpens its skills in the tools available to them, selects a worthwhile business problem and builds a working demonstration.

Ready to do more than ask better questions?

Bring the people who know where work gets stuck: curious operators, managers and hands-on problem solvers ready to turn everyday AI use into a repeatable workflow.

Start with your tools

Practice advanced skills in the AI tools your organization approves, using examples that fit your work.

Choose a useful problem

Compare value, feasibility and data access before committing to one focused project.

Leave with a next step

Show a tested demonstration, explain its limits and hand over a practical plan for adoption.

Real work. Shared understanding.

A useful project gives your team something concrete to build, test and explain to colleagues.

How do the four weeks work?

The program moves from advanced tool use to project selection, a focused build sprint and a tested handoff.

Week 1 and first half of week 2

Build advanced skills: richer context, research and analysis, reusable instructions, output checking and multi-step workflows.

Second half of week 2

Map candidate problems, compare value and feasibility, check access and select a primary project.

Week 3

Build and improve a working demonstration with guided feedback. Make gaps visible early.

Week 4

Test against agreed criteria, document limitations, prepare a colleague handoff and present the next decision.

What does your company take back?

Evidence of progress your sponsor can inspect, and people who can explain how it works.

A tested project demonstration

A selected workflow, clear evaluation criteria and a record of what worked and what needs human review.

A reusable handoff

Instructions, examples and a short workflow guide that another colleague can follow.

An adoption decision

An owner, required approvals, remaining work and a practical way to check whether the workflow helps.

What kinds of projects fit?

Start with work that has accessible inputs, a clear owner and a result you can evaluate.

Illustrative project ideas

  • A review-ready weekly report assembled from approved sources
  • A first-draft proposal created from a structured brief
  • A repeatable document comparison workflow
  • A meeting summary with actions prepared for human review

Project examples illustrate possible scope. A demonstration is not a promise of production software or a live integration.

A focused company package.

Four weeks for up to five participants from your company, scoped within a $10,000 budget.

We agree the delivery arrangement, session schedule, project scope and final fee before booking. Bring a sponsor, access to approved tools and protected time for project work.

Questions about the program

Do participants need to code?

No coding background is required for a workflow project. Custom software may require a different tool setup or the AI Build Kit.

Will we leave with a deployed solution?

The goal is a tested demonstration and a practical next step. Deployment depends on company approvals, complexity and operational support.

How is this different from Ambassador?

Champions is a focused applied program. The 12-week AI Ambassador program goes deeper into implementation planning, evaluation and change leadership.

Is the AI Build Kit included?

The Build Kit is a separate option for projects that need a configured software-building environment. We assess whether it fits the project before recommending it.
