AscendAI programs · Capability to practical delivery

Build the AI capability your team needs next.

Start with practical literacy, develop people who can build useful workflows or prepare internal leaders for broader implementation. Choose the starting point that fits the work.

Different responsibilities call for different depth.

Some people need a confident first step. Others are ready to build a workflow or lead adoption. A useful learning pathway gives each group a clear purpose and evidence of progress.

AI Foundations

The recommended starting point for executives and teams: guided exposure to your company’s approved AI tools, hands-on practice and responsible-use basics.

AI Champions

Four weeks of advanced skills, project selection, a build sprint and a final handoff. Company package for up to five participants, scoped within $10,000.

AI Build Kit

A configured builder environment, organizational playbook, guardrails, hands-on onboarding and support for custom internal tools.

AI Ambassador

A deeper 12-week organization program for implementation and change leadership. $20,000 for ten people; +$1,000 each through 25/$35,000.

Choose by what people need to do afterward.

The next step should connect to a real responsibility, with a result you can inspect.

Use AI confidently

Foundations: understand approved tools, provide useful context, evaluate outputs and recognize when human judgment is needed.

Build and explain a workflow

Champions: develop a tested project demonstration, reusable guidance and a clear next decision.

Lead implementation and adoption

Ambassador: prepare a business case, implementation capstone and a plan to help colleagues adopt the work.

When does the AI Build Kit fit?

When your project needs custom software, a database or connections between systems, capability needs an environment to build in.

Start where your team is today.

An experienced practitioner may be ready for a project now. A team with uneven confidence may benefit from foundations first. We help match the scope to the people, tools and support available.

Questions about the program

Is this a required sequence?

Start with AI Foundations before projects, building or implementation leadership, unless your team already demonstrates equivalent skills. After that shared foundation, choose Champions, the Build Kit or Ambassadors by the work people need to do.

How do we choose a program?

Start with what people can do today, what work they need to improve or lead, and the tools, time and support available to them.

Will every project need the Build Kit?

No. Many workflows fit within existing assistants and approved tools. The Build Kit supports software projects that need a configured builder environment.

Where are our existing courses?

The course library and Thinkific course sign-in remain available.

What should your team be able to do next?
